Learning from Tori has completely changed my relationship with food. Before, I struggled with terrible menstrual cramps, was barely eating, had serious bloating issues, clammy hands, the list could go on. I had struggled with these issues for most of my life and never knew that prioritizing how I fuel my body would fix a lot of these issues I was facing. We started off with just a few simple goals. That's what stood out to me the most with Tori, she did not want to push a strict meal plan on me right away. She took the time to find maintainable goals for me to focus on each month.
After several months of simple goals, I went from not knowing where to even start in the kitchen, to feeling confident in trying out new recipes that are nourishing and delicious. I no longer feel guilt when I am hungry and go back for seconds. Tori's easy-going, non-judgmental, and realistic approach to nutrition was just what I needed. I've tried various dieting/weight loss programs over the years--from Atkins to Weight Watchers to Keto to Optavia to intermittent fasting--but never achieved long-lasting success because none of them really fit for me. To me, the goal of these programs was to see a lower number on a scale but not really focus on how I was feeling. Tori's in-depth knowledge of how the body optimally functions and how we can best fuel it really helped me to make small but impactful changes to my nutrition.
Within just a few months, I was getting longer and more restful sleep, my joint inflammation decreased significantly, my hunger returned, I naturally lost my sugar cravings, and my afternoon fatigue went away. Tori helped me to understand how to put together balanced meals and snacks that were simple, included the right nutrients for me, and that were sustainable for me in the long term. Tori is an amazing, positive, and inspirational NTP. She is always available for questions and provides lots of additional resources on whatever topic you are interested in. Tori is the best!

Tori helped me at a time when I was struggling with the changes in body due to perimenopause. Right from the start she was understanding and knowledgeable about the changes taking place. She was able to set up a plan for me that was manageable with my busy schedule and always had time for questions. The integrity of her information is refreshing in a saturated market selling everything from fad diets to hormone replacement.
My energy is up, my mind is clear, and my body is getting stronger every day. Tori gave me the tools I needed to continuing reaching for my best self.
